Judge Ginocchio
Dear Hamilton County Residents:
I am honored to serve you as a Municipal Court Judge representing the
great neighborhoods and communities of Hamilton County's West Side.
Just like every other wife and mother, I care deeply about the county
my family calls home. That is why I believe so strongly in keeping our
community safe.
Prior to becoming a Judge, I spent nearly a decade putting dangerous and
violent criminals behind bars as a member of the Hamilton County
Prosecutor's Office. Working as a prosecutor brought me in daily
contact with victims and families who had been torn apart by violence,
drugs, and other crime. It gave me the deepest respect for our police
and law enforcement officers who work so hard and sacrifice so much to
keep us safe. Most importantly, it gave me the perspective necessary
to be firm, but fair, to the people who now come before me as a judge.
As your Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge, you have my pledge that
the safety of you and your family will be my top priority. I promise
to follow the law, uphold the Constitution, and work to make this a
county we can all be proud to call home.
